Virtual HCMBOK Change Management
Training and Certification

Our virtual, interactive, ten-day learning experience where you gain the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive successful change. This highly interactive session is split up into 2 ½ hours of training over a period of 10 days which will gear you up for 2 90 minutes examinations initially for HCMBOK® – 3G Practitioner and then HCMP® – 3G Expert Professional exams.

Your single investment of USD950 will give you access to both exams which you can take three times each.

The HCMBOK® – Human Change Management Body of Knowledge is the  knowledge base of HUCMI. Comprising methodology, tools and good practices, its objective is to link the Organizational Change Management activities to the phases and typical management activities of projects of any nature.

Its structure comprises 48 macro-activities and 203 activities, developed from the planning up to the post-project phase, also known as “production,” when the project itself is already completed but the change must be supported until it is embedded into the organizational culture.

Marlon Kamesa

Bsc Honours in Psychology, HCMBOK Certified Professional Trainer

I have over 20 years of management consulting experience. The main focus of my experience has been in the fields of Change Management, Shared Services, Component Business Modelling, Business Process Re-engineering, Strategic Planning, Organisational Designing and Redesigning and Leadership Development. I also have experience in On Demand Workplace content management, Enterprise Analysis, Strategic Planning, Psychometric Assessments and formulating HR Policies & Procedures. I acquired a strong background in the FMCG, Financial and Mining Industries where I have designed and implemented all the above.
I also have vast Regional and International consulting experience and in depth working knowledge of contemporary methodologies used in change management consulting, which I acquired whilst working for Ernst & Young, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, IBM Global, Cap Gemini and Hay Management Consultants. I have been assigned Project Leader on Change Management, Organisational Transformation and Business Process Re-engineering assignments, HR Audits, Performance Management interventions and Organisational Design in Kuwait, Zambia, Botswana, Malawi and Zimbabwe. I have worked extensively on cross-functional teams with international funding organisations and governments throughout the SADC region in countries such as, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

In 2013, I was approach by the Africa Change Management Practitioners’ Board to assist with the creation of Change Management Standards. I served on the Board from 2012 to 2015.

In 2019, my company, Tribal Consulting, was appointed as the African representative for the certification of change management practitioners in HCMBoK for the whole of Africa.

Florence Chikowore

I have spent over twenty years in a lead role as a change management and business improvement specialist in international consulting firms and led the organisation change streams on multidisciplinary assignments. My role involves extensive facilitation with my key clients being the CEO and senior management. Delivering value is greatly dependent on one’s ability to understand and interpret an organisation’s strategic objectives. I am a globally Certified HCMBOK 3G Practitioner and a Certified HCMP 3G Expert Professional and a member of the Human Change Management Institute

I have led streams responsible for developing and rolling out communication strategies, organisation culture assessments, organisation design, and talent management, team building for project teams, process mapping, business requirements analysis, performance management implementation, and skills audits. I have worked in many industries including: Municipalities, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Insurance, Justice Department, Tax Authority, FMCG, Mining, Tobacco, and Banking. Process Optimisation projects included – SARS, NPA, PG Group, IDT IT Implementations included – MTN, Eskom, Netcare, SARS, Transnet, Standard Bank, ABSA

Personality Profiling: I have gained training and experience in the use of the following personality instruments for training, team building and as an aid in recruitment: Thomas International PPA, DISCUS Personality Profiler, DISCUS Team Profiler, and Belbin

Agile: I have been trained in and exposed to Agile frameworks and understand the Change Management requirements that underlay moving to this method of projects deployment.

Vuyokazi Kuboni

I have 10 years of management consulting experience gained from two leading consulting firms in South Africa; Accenture and IBM. My area of expertise is Organisational Change Management, which I’ve had the opportunity to implement across a variety of clients and projects ranging from system implementations (workforce transitioning), organisational effectiveness and process optimisation etc.

I also have extensive training, counselling and monitoring & evaluation experience gained prior to my consulting career.

Some of my key strengths are stakeholder management, training and facilitation, teamwork & motivation, process optimisation and organisational change management. My experience combined with the passion I have for working with people has given me a strong ability to build and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships.

I am a self-starter with a keen interest to learn and grow in order to reach the highest level of professional success.

Rumbi Mzezewa

Master’s Degree, Leadership in Performance & Change, Certified HCMBOK Trainer

I am a management consultant with over 11 years’ experience in human capital management from two of the top 10 global consulting firms. Fully knowledgeable in change management, organisational transformation and organisational effectiveness. A proven track record in implementing human capital solutions across financial, resources, public, defence and telecommunications sectors.

In a change management capacity, I have worked through various phases of the project lifecycle, formulating and implementing Change Management and Organisational transformation strategies, including Leadership, Learning and Cultural strategies. I have also established skills in leading teams, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, managing a project from inception to completion – including managing expectations, risks, issues, resources and finances. I have Human Capital Advisory experience in the Financial, Resources, Public and Telecommunications sectors.

Monicah Malunda

Masters in International Communication, HCMBOK Certified Trainer

Monicah has 9 years’ experience in change management. She has extensive experience in the implementation of large-scale system change and business transformation programmes to support strategic and operational repositioning.

Her experience covers managing change management / adoption strategies and specialises in Stakeholder Engagement and Communication, Strategic Alignment, Impact assessment and Business Readiness support.

Monicah has assisted in projects that cover 26 countries in Africa and the Middle East. Notable projects include one of the largest SAP transformational programmes in South Africa and she is currently part of one of the largest cloud implementations in Africa.
